NUMAISH presents Art Karat’s latest collection ‘TANJORE’, inspired by the ancient city of Thanjavur. The collection is a South Indian collage of art and jewellery which will be showcased at Taj Dubai, Business Bay on 22nd & 23rd November 2019.

Meet Asha Kamal Modi in person at the show, the designer and founder of Art Karat who has specially created masterpieces for the Tanjore collection that will feature a mix of South Indian guttapusul necklaces, temple dance jewellery, Indian goddesses motifs, paintings studded in jewelled frames that captures the essence of the culture of Tanjore. 

Most Art Karat designs are priced between AED 500 to Rs 5000 hence making it very affordable for jewellery and art lovers. The collection includes a beautiful range of necklaces, long earrings, bracelets, bajubandhs, tikas, rings and pins. More than 1000 designs have been created for this exhibition.

Asha Kamal Modi has designed jewellery for Bollywood blockbusters like Devdas, Monsoon Wedding, Kamasutra, Zubeida and recently released Bajirao Mastani and Padmavat.
